Making A Purchase
Making a purchase couldn't be easier with Monty’s Beads. Just browse our website and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for the few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We try to ensure that all items on the website are in stock although inevitably sometimes we do run out of stock of some items. When we sell out of a product we will try our best to remove it from the website.
If in the exceptional circumstance that we take your order for an item, but run out of stock prior to your order being dispatched, we will remove the item from your order.
We accept Visa, Solo, Maestro, MasterCard and American Express.
All goods remain the property of Monty’s Beads Ltd until paid for.

Cancelling an Order
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 working days of delivery.
To cancel a contract please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your goods. Please then write "CANCEL CONTRACT" on the back of your invoice. You are required to pay the cost of returning the items to us, please return to us at:

Please ensure you obtain proof of postage, preferably use a recorded-delivery service.
You consumer rights allow you to cancel the contract at any time up to 7 days after the goods have been received. If you have not received your goods but wish to cancel you must refuse any parcels which are sent to you. If you received free delivery for your order and cancel part of the order and the new total amount falls below the free delivery threshold then your refund will be issued less the corresponding postage for the new cost of the order.
All refunds will be made within 30 days of notification of cancellation.
If you find your goods to be faulty we will send you replacement goods at our cost. Please notify us or any issues within 28 days. We will ask you to return the faulty goods to us (at our cost) prior to our sending out replacements.
Return of Unwanted Goods
If you wish to return any products after receiving your delivery, you will need to pay the postage costs back to us. We will be happy to exchange the items within 28 days of your purchase. All goods must be returned in their original state and packaging.
In the unlikely event that you have a complaint concerning an order through Monty’s Beads Ltd please contact us either by e-mail at email@example.com or by telephone on 01206 368811. We will acknowledge receipt of your email within 2 working days. Your complaint will be personally dealt with, and you will be kept informed during all stages of the complaints procedure.

With all our silversmithing courses you pay the course fee and then at the start of the class you purchase the silver/stones needed to complete the project. (Buying of silver will be sold at the silver price on the day bought.)
To book a beading class please make a booking over the phone via credit or debit card or pop into the shop and pay by cash, if preferred. Full payment for the class will be taken to secure your place.
To book a silversmithing course please make a booking over the phone via credit or debit card or pop into the shop and pay by cash, if preferred. A Non Refundable deposit of £50 will be taken to secure your place. The balance of payment for the course should be paid by cash or cheque to the tutor at the start of the course.
During the Course
Our classes take place on site in our beautiful workroom with friendly experienced tutors. We generally have a ratio of maximum six students to one tutor to ensure that everyone gets plenty of one to one attention.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our classes are very popular and places are limited. As such, we regret that if in any event you wish to cancel or do not turn up for a class we cannot offer any refunds or transfers.
If we cancel a class
In an unlikely event we need to cancel a class you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date. We will also always give you as much notice as possible but cannot be responsible for pre-booked travel or accommodation arrangements.
None of the above affects your statutory rights.
